Contact information you provide, such as name, email address, and mobile number (newsletter signup, "Join the Movement," checkout).
Order information, such as products purchased, shipping address, and order status.
Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Privacy-minimized first-party usage data, such as pages visited, session counts, device category, referring website, and campaign tags. We do not store IP addresses in our analytics table.
A cart email and item snapshot only when you explicitly request a one-time incomplete-checkout reminder.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill orders (book, merch, tour tickets).
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service communications.
To send newsletter updates if you subscribe or join the movement (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To send SMS or MMS updates only when you separately opt in. Message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
To grant and manage access to course content, where applicable.
To improve the site and our products.
To understand which pages, articles, products, and services receive the most interest.
To send one incomplete-checkout reminder when you specifically request it. This does not subscribe you to marketing email.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted service providers who help us operate this site:

Stripe — payment processing for book, merch, and tour ticket purchases.
Printful — order fulfillment and shipping for merchandise, including your shipping address.
Supabase — secure database hosting for subscriber, order, and course enrollment records.
Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
Twilio — SMS/MMS delivery, inbound replies, opt-out handling, and delivery status processing.
Cloudflare Stream — secure video hosting for course lessons, where applicable.

Each provider processes your information under its own privacy policy and only for the purposes we direct (payment processing, fulfillment, storage, or email delivery).

5. Data Retention

We retain order and subscriber records for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and support the course/certificate features. First-party analytics events are retained for up to 25 months. Expired cart-recovery records are removed after 90 days. You may request deletion of your subscriber data at any time by contacting us.

SMS consent records are retained to document your opt-in and opt-out choices. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

This site uses minimal browser storage for core functionality such as the cart, display preference, and a random session-only analytics identifier. We do not use invasive third-party ad-tracking cookies. The analytics collector honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
