1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, books, merchandise, tour events, and courses offered by The Divine Original Man and Oluwaseun Oyeniran ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Purchases

We offer physical books, merchandise, tour tickets/RSVPs, and (when available) a digital course. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Orders are not binding until payment is confirmed.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment (Merch)

Merchandise orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Shipping times, costs, and carrier tracking are provided by Printful and may vary based on your location. Once an order is confirmed and sent to production, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Tour Events & Tickets

Tour dates, venues, and ticket availability are subject to change. Free RSVPs and paid tickets are limited to the capacity listed for each event. Refunds for paid tickets are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

6. The Course

Access to course content is granted to eligible purchasers (for example, book buyers, per the enrollment terms shown at signup) and is for personal, non-commercial use only. Course video content, materials, and certificates may not be redistributed, resold, or publicly shared without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, designs, videos, the book, and course materials — is owned by The Divine Original Man / Oluwaseun Oyeniran and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Newsletter & Communications

When you subscribe for updates or join the movement, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Divine Original Man and Oluwaseun Oyeniran are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
